Individual Placement Support (IPS) employment service support people who have a mental health condition to achieve meaningful full-time or part-time employment. We work alongside our clients and potential employers to support people on their journey back into work, discussing reasonable adjustments, understanding job preferences, and matching people to the roles that interest them.
