Learning in Liverpool and Sefton
We provide many free, short courses at The Life Rooms. They range from courses to recognise, understand and manage symptoms like anxiety, depression and psychosis to creative workshop based courses to build confidence and self-esteem or develop skills in arts like singing, crafts, music, comedy and drama.
Our courses can be accessed face to face at one of our sites, or online via our LearnWorlds platform where you can work in your own time and at your own pace.
Co-production is at the heart of everything we do. Every course and workshop we offer is designed and delivered by experienced facilitators working Side by Side with volunteers with lived experience.
