We at The Life Rooms are here to help you live the best way you can.
You might have a housing issue, a question about your employment, want advice on your lifestyle or tips on how to exercise: whatever it is, we can help you take your next steps towards a healthier and happier life.
Our courses and support services for adults are delivered across Merseyside, as well as online.
Through The Life Rooms you can access:
- Learning: a wide range of courses for positive mental and physical health as well as cultural and creative opportunities
- Social prescribing: practical one-to-one support in areas like employment, housing and debt
- Inclusion: safe and welcoming environments.
Once you walk through our door, join us online or speak to a member of our team, you will be able to access even wider resources including meeting spaces for community groups, family friendly areas, a computer suite and a café. You can also access library facilities at our Walton site.
