The Life Rooms and Holistic Harmonies are collaborating to offer an Intergenerational Music Movement Programme. We are looking for 10 parents, 10 children and 10 adults over the age of 55 to take part. Come along and enjoy dance choreographed with a Specialist Physiotherapist, sing songs from the past and the present, make music using a range of instruments and enjoy some relaxed social time.
