If you’ve used The Life Rooms services in the last 10 years, we’d love to feature your experience as part of our 10-year celebration. By sharing your story, you can help inspire others and show the impact The Life Rooms has had over the past decade.
What is a Case Study? Simply put, a 'case study' is us asking you to tell us, in your own words, about your experience of using The Life Rooms service. Please provide as much information as you can, the questions below offer some suggestions of the kind of things you might want to include.
The information you provide will be used for sharing information about The Life Rooms. It is important to note that your name will NEVER be shared with any information you provide in the case study unless you consent to this.
What will you do with my feedback? We will be using feedback in a feature report about the past decade of The Life Rooms. We may also use some information on our website and across our social media channels. Due to the volume of survey responses we expect to receive, we may not be able to feature all case studies in the 10-year report. We may also get in touch with you directly to find out more about your experience with The Life Rooms.
How will my information be stored? Your feedback will be saved electronically, and only authorised members of The Life Rooms staff will be able to access this information.
