The Life Rooms are joining Let’s Dance, a fantastic initiative spearheaded by Angela Rippon, to raise awareness of the benefits of dance on both physical and mental health.

Following her success on Strictly and reaping the benefits of regular dance, Angela is on a mission to get the nation dancing!

On Friday 6 March, The Life Rooms Walton will host a fun dance exercise session from 1.00pm to 1.30pm, bringing people together through dance and encouraging those that don’t usually dance to give it a go.

There will also be dance sessions happening across the UK on Sunday 8 March - check the dance map here!

Let’s Dance is about encouraging everybody, from older people to teenagers, to embrace the joy and benefits of dancing. We’re inviting you to join us for our uplifting dance exercise session to support wellbeing through movement, music, and connection.

No experience is needed — just come as you are, move at your own pace, and enjoy a safe, supportive space where every step counts toward feeling better.
