The Life Rooms community Christmas party is back, and this year we're bringing the festive fun to both our Walton and Southport sites.
We've organised a fantastic day of activities to celebrate the Christmas period, and bring people together at a time that can be lonely for some:
- Join us for a wellbeing walk in your Christmas jumper (if you have one) - enjoy some gentle exercise, the Winter scenery, and have a chat with others.
- Listen to and discuss some of your favourite songs in our Music Appreciation session with a festive theme.
- Get creative in our crafts and badge making activities, you might even make a small gift to give to a friend or loved one.
- Forget Sway with Ray, it's time for Sleigh with Ray! Learn some simple dance moves and have a good laugh.
- And it wouldn't be a Christmas party without a quiz...
That's not all! We're bringing you special performances from The Philharmonic, and a singalong with our very own Chris and Karl.
Our Christmas parties are free to attend. If you've never been to The Life Rooms before, this is a great chance to see what we're all about.
