Partners Forum at The Life Rooms - 'Collaborating to support communities'
Open to any organisation interested in or already working in partnership with The Life Rooms. In celebration of 'Social Prescribing Day'.

We hold these Forums throughout the year and they aim to:
• Update new and current Partners about what is happening in The Life Rooms.
• Explore new opportunities for collaboration.
• Provide a chance to link in with other organisations on key themes relating to the health and wellbeing of our communities.
As part of our activities and celebrations for Social Prescribing Day our March Forum theme will focus on ‘Collaborating to support our communities’.
We will be joined by:
• Victoria Owens Account Manager at Access Elemental Social Prescribing Platform.
• Jan Campbell Health and Wellbeing Lead at Sefton CVS.
We are pleased to able to offer this event in-person and it will take place at our Bootle Life Rooms site.
Please note there is no parking available at Bootle Life Rooms and we therefore encourage the use of public transport; with Bootle Oriel Road train station a 3 minute walk away, and bus routes 81, 81A, 135 stop outside The Life Rooms. Parking is available at Bootle Strand, Car Bootle and Castle Bingo Bootle.
Tea and coffee refreshments will be available.
