ACE’s stands for ‘adverse childhood experiences’, which are traumatic experiences. Drop in to our Bootle site tomorrow for a chat and cuppa with the South Sefton Primary Care Network team, who can support you if you've experienced ACE's.
In England nearly half of all adults have experienced at least one ACE. We may not be aware of the link between what happened to us when we were younger and the impact it can have on us today. Our free 10 week ACE’s programme can help you develop healthy coping strategies, make positive connections, manage your emotions and build resilience.
