Social Prescribing Day information event: The Life Rooms Bootle

As part of Social Prescribing Day (which falls on Thursday 14 March) The Life Rooms will be hosting activity across our sites to show our communities how social prescribing can support them with a range of issues. We’ve invited community partners organisations that we work with to support people with a range of social circumstances.

We also have events happening in Belle Vale, Walton, and Southport.

Who is this event for?

• Any adult members of our communities who would like to know more about how social prescribing could support them with social issues like housing, employment, and more.
• Any adult interested in finding out more about how we can support them with their health and wellbeing.
• VCFSE organisations who want to know more about how working in partnership with The Life Rooms can support their communities.
• Clinical teams who want to find out more about how to work with The Life Rooms to support their service users through quick and easy referrals.
