We're here to empower people and communities to live the best way they can, offering an open door to a better day. We support people to improve their health, wellbeing, and social circumstances through a range of services like free Learning, social prescribing, employment support, digital inclusion, and more. Who is this event for?

  • New visitors or members that may need a bit of extra support to improve their health and wellbeing and/or social circumstances,
  • Clinicians and people who work with service users to support their health and wellbeing, who would like to find out more what support is available at The Life Rooms.

What's on?

From 9.30am - 4.15pm we'll be delivering taster Learning sessions based on the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. You can book spaces on sessions on the day. Booking for each session will open 30 minutes before the start time - spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Each session will be delivered in the morning and afternoon to give you more options to attend:

  • Pathways Advice social prescribing service who can help to address practical, financial, and social issues by signposting to appropriate services within The Life Rooms and in the community,
  • Individual Placement Support (IPS) employment service who can support people with a mental health condition to prepare for work and find meaningful paid employment,
  • Community Inclusion Team, a multi-lingual service who support underrepresented communities in Liverpool to access health services and offer opportunities to improve their health and wellbeing,
  • Digital Health Activation Service who support digitally excluded people to access SIM cards and digital devices, Basic IT sessions, and access to helpful NHS apps,
  • and more services from across The Life Rooms!

Booking

You can book spaces on sessions on the day. Booking for each session will open 30 minutes before the start time - spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
