A pop-up event for residents
- To raise awareness of the scheme
- Provide tenants with access to officers from the team to report or raise questions
The scheme is based on poor property conditions, giving the council additional powers to drive up standards and keep vulnerable tenants safe, such as tackling fire and electrical safety hazards, excess cold and damp.
