The Life Rooms provides a wide range of free, short courses to increase recognition, understanding and self management on symptoms such as anxiety, depression, psychosis, self esteem and many more. There are also courses that are more creative but serve to build confidence, self esteem, skills and knowledge such as singing, arts and crafts, music, comedy and many more.

Co-production is at the heart of everything we do. Every course and workshop we offer is co-designed and co-run by volunteers with lived experience working alongside experienced facilitators. 

We're now delivering our free, short courses as a series of Live Zoom sessions, allowing you to log on from the safety and comfort of your own home. 

Please register at least 2 days before the session to make sure that you receive your Zoom link in plenty of time.

* Some of our courses are run in blocks of 6 to 8 weekly sessions. Once these courses are full, unfortunately we're unable to accept any new participants. We will be running these courses more than once so if you miss out, don't worry- keep checking back and sign up as soon as registration opens for the next block of weekly sessions.

Our timetables are produced on a fortnightly basis and registration for each session closes 2 working days before the session is held so make sure you register your interest by then and our Life Rooms Learning Facilitators will be in touch!
