What is the Understanding Anxiety course about?

Everybody gets anxious. It only becomes a problem when it affects what you do.

Some people get severely anxious to the point where it affects their daily life. This course aims to give you an understanding of what anxiety is, what the causes are, and what its effects are. You will also look at how anxiety keeps itself going through the ‘vicious circle’.

Most people who have attended this course like to further develop their knowledge by enrolling to our managing anxiety course.

After completing these sessions you will be able to:

  • Identify what anxiety is
  • Discuss what causes anxiety
  • Explore what keeps anxiety going
  • Most people who have attended this course like to further develop their knowledge by enrolling on Managing Anxiety

Who should attend?

This course is for anyone who wants to learn more about anxiety.

Who will be there?

Facilitators living with anxiety and who have professional knowledge of it.

This session lasts for two hours.
