What is the Sleep SOS course about?

Do you struggle to get good nights sleep? Do you still feel tired on waking? Our course gives you guidance on steps you could take to improve your sleep.

We will explore factors which may have a negative impact on relaxation and
sleep. We will look to develop strategies to try at home.

After completing these sessions you will be able to:

  • Better understand how much sleep you need generally
  • Understand lifestyle and environmental factors that can affect your sleep
  • Make changes to positively impact on how you sleep

Who should attend?

This free course is for anyone interested in improving their sleep hygiene

Who will be there?

These sessions are delivered in small groups by our Peer Tutors and volunteers.
