What is the Self Esteem course about?
This course helps us to identify the qualities we appreciate in people and then to recognise them in ourselves.
Using discussions and classroom activities, students can find out what self esteem is, how it develops and how to begin to fight back against the ‘inner critic’.
Walk away from these sessions armed with a toolkit to begin boosting your own self esteem in your day-to-day life.
After completing these sessions you will be able to:
- Discuss what self esteem is what impacts it
- Identify positive qualities in yourself
- Fight your inner critic through positive actions
