What is the Living Life to the Full course about?
Do you feel that you have a negative thinking style that gets in your way? Our
lives are full of opportunities – but we need to be able to recognise them when
they come along.
This six week programme is full of practical exercises, tools and insight
that can help you to build confidence, improve problem-solving skills
and address bad habits. We will create plans to implement
changes to improve your life and reflect on steps you have

Who should attend?
Anyone who wants to better manage negative thoughts to get more from life.
Who will be there?
Our Peer Tutors have received specialist training to deliver this course and will be supported by a volunteer at the sessions.
