What is the Confidence Building course about?
Confidence is a skill people take for granted until it’s gone. The good news is we can help you regain that vital confidence.
This course aims to share ideas and tools to enable you to increase your confidence whilst supporting your recovery and improving your wellbeing. We will identify how low self confidence affects our lives whilst developing a more positive mind set to reduce negativity.
After completing these sessions you will be able to:
- Identify how low self confidence affects our lives
- Understand confidence building actions strategies
- Develop a more positive mind set and to reduce negativity

These free sessions are for anyone who would like to increase their confidence.

These sessions are delivered in small groups by our Peer Tutors and volunteers.
